1.24 lakh tulip bulbs that have traveled all the way from the Netherlands and are currently blooming in the lawns near Shanti Path are on display at the event. There is no better way to ring in spring. This time of year is particularly pleasant in the city. February is one of the nicest months for locals to enjoy because the winter's bitter cold is behind us and the summer's heat waves are still months away.

According to reports, the New Delhi Municipal Council would also arrange walks and conduct photographic competitions during the festival. This is the ideal time to explore Delhi if you value heritage.

The walks around the monuments in and around Shantipath will be conducted by the non-profit Give me Trees Trust. They will also give you a brief introduction to the tulips, which are the festival's centerpiece, while you are there.
